Vegetarian - or Not!
A 92 year old man came to a workshop on healthy eating I gave recently. He said his health was beginning to fail in his 70s and he decided to switch to a plant based diet - no meat, fish, poultry or dairy.
About Paleolithic
This trendy diet reminds me of Atkins. The premise is that some people just don’t burn carbs efficiently and need meat to lose weight. The paleo diet consists of grass fed meats and fish and wild plants, similar to how the first human hinter-gatherers ate.
Interest in Becoming an IIN Student
The next class begins in July and this is the perfect time to enroll because you’ll be able to get started on your materials and get to know the community before the course begins, so you’ll be ahead of the curve. This is a very rare opportunity since IIN has greatly reduced the frequency of these savings offers so give them a call if you don’t want to miss out. Let me know if you have any questions about the school, I’m happy to share my personal experience with you.
Cleanse & Renew
I’m excited to tell you about my new program Cleanse & Renew. It is a month long program where I will take you through a series of gentle cleansing and detoxifying programs that are especially geared toward your needs.

Greens Make You Healthy
A fifty-something woman I've been working with starting making herself a green smoothie in the morning. In less than a month, her skin was noticeably clearer and smoother. Green vegetables are powerful nutrients and detoxifiers.

It took about 4 treatments and a stretching routine I gave Joan to do daily, and she was back on the field. She decided at that time that shiatsu would be a good preventive treatment for her overall health, as it is designed to keep energy flowing smoothly through the body.
