The first of 5 session on putting into action healthy holistic approaches to living. In this session we will  address some of the greatest challenges to creating a nutritious way of eating. We will look at our relationship with food, how popular culture and advertising can interfere with our body image and our sense of comfort around eating. Finally we will develop a plan to gradually shift to a lasting approach to healthy eating that eliminates the need for deprivation and dieting.

Cost:  $150 for 5 session program. 10% discount if paid by November 17.
