Do you feel called to practice this ancient form of healing energy?  Reiki is a practice known for promoting deep relaxation and healing.  In Level I you learn the history of Reiki and how to use it on yourself and others. 

Class includes instruction materials, exploration of intention and attainment to the Reiki energy.  There is ample time to practice and address all questions.
