You are invited you to join a women's group where we will explore in depth what it means to be sixty in this day and age. With Wendy Leeds,  we have created an inaugural, innovative program in which we will support and celebrate you and all you are. We hope you'll join us as we dig deep into topics like: health, redefining roles, how you spend your time, evolving friendships, inevitable loss, and new roles such as mother-in-law and grandmother. We'll look at attitudes around growing older, both yours and those in your social, familial and medical circles and how that impacts your mindset.

This 6 week discussion group will meet in the Community Room at Westwood Chiropractic a446 High St., Westwood. Our first session will be held the on Tuesday  May 1st from 6:30 - 7:30 and conclude on Tuesday  June 5th In an effort to make sure we all feel safe to share freely, we request that everything said in this group be held in confidence. Each session with close with a short meditation and Reiki. Cost for the 6 weeks is $150.00.
