Do you feel called to practice this ancient form of healing energy?  Reiki is a practice known for promoting deep relaxation and healing.  In Level I you learn the history of Reiki and how to use it on yourself and others. You will also learn the role of chakra energy pathways.

Class includes instruction materials, exploration of intention and attunement to the Reiki energy.   Remote group instruction from 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm followed by private remote attunement and practice by appointment.

We work with the traditions and teachings  of Dr. Mikao Usui.
