What’s the best way to lose weight? Have a healthy breakfast after intermittent fasting. That means no eating for at least 12 hours. If you have breakfast at 7 am, stop eating all food by 7 pm the night before.
Sunday is one day where you might feel a little less rushed when it comes to breakfast. On most days I try to include vegetables on my breakfast plate to give me a jumpstart on getting my 5-9 recommended daily servings. Often it’s a mix of whatever I happen to have in the fridge.

Nearly every person I’ve worked with who wants to lose weight shies away from a big breakfast at the start of our work. This thinking comes from a history of dieting and calorie counting. The thinking goes like this: ‘It’s 7 am, Im not very hungry right now so maybe I’ll save my calories for later.’. So they slide by with coffee and a banana and by lunch time they are pretty hungry. But in still thinking from a calorie saving perspective, they eat a garden salad at lunch time, You know what happens. They are STARVING and anxious by nightfall and eat like a lumberjack all night long.
