No Bake Energy Bites

I perfect snack for anyone not sensitive to peanut butter.

Mix all the ingredients, always including the oats, nut butter and honey and possibly varying the extra touches.. Chill for 30 minutes and then roll into bite size balls. Store in air-=tight container for up to one week.

Great source of protein and iron, calcium, potassium and vitamins

1 cup dry whole oats

1/2 cup peanut or almond butter

1/3 cup agave or raw honey

1/3 cup shredded coconut

1/4 cup group flaxseed

1/3 cup dried cranberries or chocolate bits

1 T. chia seeds

1 tsp vanilla
