Choose foods that will cool you down in the summer. Berries, melon, cold salads with sliced chicken or chopped feta are favorites.
Slice open a watermelon and scoop out one half. Chop into bite size pieces and place int he empty shell. Chop some fresh basil and add that to the watermelon along with a generous portion of chopped feta or goat cheese. The melon provides all the "dressing" you need. Delicious.
