  • follow ewg.org dirty dozen and clean 15 recommendations

  • drink water before your meals

  • don’t buy packaged cookies or cakes

  • skip the crackers and chips

  • wrap leftovers and refrigerate before you sit down to eat

  • get a good cutting knife for your vegetables
