This cleanse supports the body, mind and spirit in transitioning into the damp, rainy windy Spring season with emphasis on foods that clear congestion and prevent seasonal allergies. You will receive all materials before the start date of April 20 and can begin the cleanse on whatever day works best with your personal schedule. Daily emails will keep you connected to the process.
