Stress is cumulative, and when you recognize that it is building into something that is affecting your well-being, steps must be taken to reduce it or you put your health at risk.
50 is the age to ask the big question. The big question to me is: what will we centenarians look like? (I plan to be one of them.) Will our minds be intact? Will we be able to care for ourselves? Will we be happy to be in this elite group or will every day be a slog?
